Advantage was founded in 2000 by Iowa native Chad Keune, who got his start in home building in 1990 as a trim carpenter. Ready to dive into more of the home building process, he founded Advantage with the goal of bringing unique, quality homes to life. The company grew quickly, and what started out as large remodel projects turned into the exceptional, fully customized Signature Homes and modern, affordable move-in ready Simplicity Homes you see throughout the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids Corridor today.
