Lindemann Part 7 Iowa City

Advantage has developed multiple portions of this development on Iowa City’s far east side. The location provides easy access to schools, restaurants, trails, and I-80. Advantage will be building homes on part 7 beginning in the Fall of 2020.

Parkside Hills West Branch

Advantage is proud to be developing Parkside Hills in West Branch. This development is near the Herbert Hoover Historic site and just minutes from the city’s downtown, which has a growing number of restaurants and shopping. West Branch offers ‘small town’ living while being only ten minutes from Iowa City. The Parkside Hills location offers easy on and off access to I-80, making it an ideal location for those commuting to Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, the Quad Cities, and more.

Prairie Village Tiffin

This beautiful development features a combination of our Signature homes and our Simplicity Homes and is situated in the fast-growing community of Tiffin. It’s just minutes from Coralville and Iowa City, has easy access to I-80, and for nature lovers it’s a short drive to Kent Park.

Rolling Prairie Estates Iowa City

This development is one of our newest. We began offering build-able lots in the Fall of 2020.

Parkside Petroleum West Branch

Advantage also develops commercial spaces. In late 2020 and early 2021 we will begin the redevelopment and remodeling of Parkside Petroleum Gas Station in West Branch.

Mackinaw Village Iowa City (Completed)

Mackinaw Village is a sought after location in Iowa City that’s adjacent to the Iowa River, the Peninsula Neighborhood, and the Elk’s Golf Club. It’s also within a mile of I-80 and provides easy access to downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa campus. It’s not uncommon to see residents riding their golf carts from their driveway to the Elk’s Club golf course. Many of our homes here are part of our Signature Homes collection and are just a block from a popular paved biking and hiking trail. Development in this subdivision is complete.

West Village North Liberty (Completed)

This development in the growing city of North Liberty is complete. It’s a great example of the type of neighborhoods we love to build.
