Something for Everyone

The first thing to know is that Advantage has two main new home construction options.

The first option is our move-in ready Simplicity Homes that range in price from $199,000 to $399,000. You can search here for Simplicity new construction homes that are already on the market. You can also find out more about the styles of Simplicity homes we build, including floor plans, finishes, and a gallery for inspiration.

Our second line is our Advantage Signature Homes. These fully customized homes start at $400,000, but can be built for any size or shape. These luxury homes offer the highest quality designs and touches. Clients who choose this path will have a personalized experience that blends their vision with our expertise and attention to detail.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I bring a buyer, will I get paid a commission?

Along with being a builder, Advantage Founder Chad Keune is a licensed real estate agent with Urban Acres Real Estate and lists all of his homes with Mike Bails of The Bails Team.  Advantage respects the agency relationships you have with your buyers, and you will receive a commission.

How involved do I need to be with the process?

Buyers need a real estate agent for a reason. But the nice thing is that our team will take care of almost all of the details in the process so you don’t have to. Our goal is to make the process simple and straightforward. The most important thing to know is that there will be communication between our agent, Mike Bails, and you.

Once the home is closed, do I have to be involved with the home warranty process?

No. At closing, your buyer will receive a binder with all warranty and contact information. Then all warranty questions will be fielded and handled by either Advantage or our subcontractors.

How do I get an estimate to build for my client?

Advantage will set up a pre-construction meeting with your buyers to determine what and where they want to build, and then we develop an individualized game plan for each buyer and can provide an estimate for construction.
