With Simplicity Homes, we’ve streamlined the home building process so you can move into a new construction home in the greater Iowa City and Corridor area without all of the stress of taking on a full custom build. What do you need to know?
We’ve taken our years of experience building custom homes and created a simplified way for buyers of all ages to build an affordable, new construction home of their dreams.
As you move through our process, you’ll see first hand that the materials we use for Simplicity Homes are the same high quality elements we put into our custom Signature Homes line.
This is the step in the process where you will sit down with the Advantage team so we can hear more about what you’re looking for. If you have a real estate agent, that person can be part of this meeting also. Often times, our longterm partner, Mike Bails, who is an Urban Acres agent, will also be present at that meeting.
This is where it gets exciting! During our meeting, we will walk you through our existing floor plans and finishes. We will also show you examples of homes we’ve built before as well as new homes that are in the building process already and are available for purchase now.
Once you’ve selected your floor plan, in just one or two short meetings you’ll pick out your fixtures, interior and exterior selections, and any other essentials you want in your home.
Once you’ve finalized your selections, our Advantage team will go to work. In other words, we will take care of the rest. Like we said, it’s simple!
