Advantage is proud to be developing Parkside Hills in West Branch. This 23.35 acre development is near the Herbert Hoover Historic site and just minutes from the city’s downtown, which has a growing number of restaurants and retail businesses. The Parkside Hills location offers easy on and off access to I-80, making it an ideal location for those commuting to Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, the Quad Cities, and more. “We have built homes in West Branch in the past and watched the community continue to grow making it an easy decision to develop the area”, said Chad Keune, owner of Advantage.
In late 2020 and early 2021 Advantage began the redevelopment and remodeling of Parkside Petroleum Gas Station within the Parkside Hills development. In addition to the new gas station, there will also be a number of spaces for lease in that same building. Everyone at Advantage is happy to be a part of this wonderful community and hope to be able to contribute to the fabric of it for quite some time. With Hoover Days and so many successful local businesses, West Branch has such a strong identity, including a small town feel with bigger city resources close by. The hope is to be able to bring a few more of those amenities closer to West Branch, while also preserving what makes this community so great.
We will try to give as many project updates as we can to the community. Main roads within the development were just recently completed. Our plan is to break ground this fall on the 12-plex we are building; with more information to come soon on what will be available.
