He is the only builder in the state to hold both Master Certified Green Professional and Graduate Master Builder designations. He and his team have also won awards including the Home Builder of the Year from the HBA and several Parade of Homes awards.
Leasing Manager
David Gray joined the Advantage team in 2022 as the leasing manager for our rental department. He works with prospective tenants, showing property to help them find the best fit for their needs. He continues working with all our rental clients, assisting in paperwork, coordinating maintenance and, in general, ensuring the best living experience possible. He works closely with our community partners and sub-contractors, keeping our roots deep within the corridor and experts from all fields on our team.
David’s favorite part about Advantage is the culture, he appreciates the dynamic of a smaller team with the independence to manage all our rental properties, providing customer service in the best way he sees fit. His favorite feature about his current home is the size of his yard, lots of room for his family and dog to enjoy.
Originally from Burlington, David has rooted himself in the corridor community and plans to stay in the area and continue to build a bright future for him and his family. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with them and his dog, Sadie and two cats, Millie and Marvin.
